1.)    Air Suspension(ECAS)

In order to adapt to the violent development of auto industry,our company Introduced a group of high professional talents to establish the Air Suspension department, which is mainly in charge of providing comprehensive solutions of car suspension system to domestic motor manufacturers.The solutions involve top-down designs, technical service of product retrofitting as well as the unitary, modularized and systematic supply service for suspension series.

2.)    Elctronic Composite Vibration Control(QIANCHAO)

Elctronic Composite Vibration Control department was established in March 2010, whose main products are in two major K&S series: air bag Composite Shock Absorber(SOFOT) and Electronic Control Compound Vibration Damper(EAC).

The products of SOFOT are mainly used in the driving cab of commercial vehicles;and the series of EAC products are widely used in air suspension of high-end passenger cars.

Due to the sufficient authentication, dynamic investment and extensived talents in the prior period,it has eaged into the advanced ranks among the electronic composite vibration control industry.

3.)    Air Spring (YITAO)

   Air Spring department has been developed from Guangzhou Yitao Rubber Co.,Ltd, which was founded in 2004. With rubber material as the core, this division possesses mechanized production line to proceed mass production for air spring.The products are extensively used in commercial vehicles, passenger cars and industrial fields. Now it has developed more than 3000 specification models in four major series of A, V,B,C, whose brands include VIGOR in aftermarket,WELLYOUNG in OEM market,and AIRKING that applied in industrial market.

In order to reduce the production cost, enhance product quality and improve the service, the Manufacting department is set up on the basis of hardware plant, injection moulding workshop and mould making workshop.

Manufacting department not only provide high-class components for Air Suspension,Elctronic Composite Vibration Control,Air Spring divisions internally, but also offer to the outside the metal stamped parts, plastic injection moulding pieces, aluminum casting parts as well as the mould design, development&manufacture.

5.)    Rubber Refining(RACES)

In order to meet the requirements of scientificity, rationality, operability of production

technique and timeliness as air spring and shock absorbing components toward rubber formula, the former rubber mixing workshop and newly-built calendering shop are integrated as Rubber Refining division.This department will increase the input of equipment and inspection instruments, and finally achieving distributing automation,mixing autoregulation, tire cord calendering modernization, film molding integrated operation, which will inhibit the instability of the quality of rubber products from the source.
